This website is operated by Ambrine Deguerville, a freelance UI/UX designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What data I collect
I only collect the personal data you choose to share with me through the contact form:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Any information you include in your message
I don’t collect any other personal data automatically. This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why I collect it and my legal basis
I use the data you submit through the contact form for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to you.
Under the GDPR, my legal basis for processing this data is your consent, which you give by voluntarily submitting the contact form. You are free not to submit the form.
I do not use your data for marketing, and I do not send newsletters or promotional messages.
How your data is handled
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to my email inbox through a third-party form service (Netlify), which processes the data solely to transmit your message to me. Your data isn’t published, sold, rented or shared with any other party.
How long I keep it
I keep contact messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting exchange. If our conversation does not lead to a working relationship, I delete the message within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Ask me to correct inaccurate data
- Ask me to delete your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to or restrict how your data is processed
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
